Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The levels of stock can change at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been placed.

Our policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
